1. Scope of Services

OnePoint provides professional web design, development, and landing page creation. We also provide ongoing maintenance, website updates, and domain registration assistance for our clients.

2. Domain Registration

OnePoint may purchase domain names on behalf of clients. Domains are subject to a yearly renewal fee. It is the client’s responsibility to settle renewal payments at least 30 days prior to the expiration date. OnePoint is not responsible for domain loss resulting from a client’s failure to renew.

3. Maintenance and Updates

Website update services are billed separately from initial development costs. Turnaround times for updates depend on complexity and our current operational queue.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the website code for their business. OnePoint retains the right to use the underlying architectural patterns and frameworks developed for our projects. You may not sell or redistribute our raw template code.

5. Limitation of Liability

OnePoint is not responsible for the performance of third-party domain registrars, hosting providers, or any website downtime caused by external server issues or client-side modifications. We provide our services "as-is."
